Cheddar Tuna Casserole

  1. Cook and stir onion in butter in large saucepan on medium heat until tender.
  2. Add soup, milk, tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and pimento; mix well.
  3. Spoon into 1-quart casserole.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
