Banzai Peanut Sauce Recipe

  1. In a saucepan, add in the melted butter, chili peppers and garlic, and saute/fry for 2 to 3 min.
  2. Stir in the coconut lowfat milk, beanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey and habanero sauce, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or possibly lamb, or possibly serve as a vegetable dip.
