Banzai Peanut Sauce Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly peanut oil
- 3 x Jalapeno, serrano or possibly Thai Peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted smooth peanut butte
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Habanero sauce or possibly Favorite red warm pepper sauc
- In a saucepan, add in the melted butter, chili peppers and garlic, and saute/fry for 2 to 3 min.
- Stir in the coconut lowfat milk, beanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey and habanero sauce, and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with grilled chicken, fish or possibly lamb, or possibly serve as a vegetable dip.
