Blueberry Bread Machine Made Recipe

• 1 pkt Yeast
• 3 c. Bread flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 4 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened (see note)
• 16 ounce Frzn blueberries, thawed and liquid removed, reserve liquid
• 1/4 c. Retained juice, at room temperature
• 1/4 c. Water, approx., 90 deg F

1. Pan.
2. Put berries in with dry ingredients.
3. For a 1 1/2 pound loaf, my machine needs 300 cc of liquid at 90 deg.
4. F. I select thin top crust, then start the machine.
