Tomato, Broccoli Chicken

  1. Sprinkle chicken with basil.
  2. In large skillet, melt margarine over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from skillet, reserving drippings.
  6. In same skillet, saute Rice-A-Roni as package directs.
  7. Add 2 1/2 cups water, special seasonings and chicken.
  8. Bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat.
  9. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Add vegetables; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
  12. Cover; let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
  13. Makes 4 servings.
