Coffee Lover's Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or YUBAN Coffee (any variety), cooled Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs and coffee; mix just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 35 to 40 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
