Coffee Lover's Cheesecake

• 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or YUBAN Coffee (any variety), cooled Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
• 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended.
3. Add eggs and coffee; mix just until blended.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Bake 35 to 40 min.
6. or until center is almost set.
7. Cool completely.
8. Refrigerate 3 hours.
