Maryland Cream Waffles Recipe

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients together; add in lowfat milk that has been mixed with beaten egg yolks.
  2. Add in melted butter.
  3. Beat till all lumps have disappeared and you have a smooth creamy mix.
  4. Mix in beaten egg whites.
  5. Put correct amount of batter in preheated waffle irons.
  6. Bake about 3 min or possibly till steam has ceased issuing from the iron.
  7. Serve piping warm.
