Not Your Mamas Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream, such as Breakstones
- 1/2 cup Roccos Magnificent Mayonnaise (page 200) or store-bought low-fat mayonnaise, such as Hellmanns Low-Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed to a paste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, and whisk to blend.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
