Herbed Goat Cheese Toasts

  1. Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt.
  2. In a small bowl stir together garlic paste, salt, rosemary, goat cheese, olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Toast bread and cut each slice into 4 pieces.
  4. Spread herbed goat cheese on toasts.
