Sirloin Steak with Red Onion Relish

  1. Rub both sides of steak with pepper.
  2. Brown steak in 1/2 teaspoon of hot oil in a non-stick skillet on medium heat until cooked through.
  3. Remove steak from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cover steak to keep warm.
  4. Add remaining 1/2 teaspoon of oil to drippings in skillet.
  5. Add onions; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  6. Add steak sauce and sage; cook an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve over steak.
  8. Prepare broccoli and rice according to directions and serve with meal.
  9. Enjoy a banana for dessert.
