Chicken Caesar Wrap
- 1 (10 inch) whole wheat tortillas
- 4 ounces grilled chicken breast strips
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce, clean, chopped
- tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 ounce red onion, Sliced
- 1 ounce black olives, Sliced
- 12 ounce parmesan cheese, Shredded
- 2 ounces pickles
- 1 ounce reduced-fat caesar salad dressing
- 1.
- Cook chicken breast until 165 degrees for 15 seconds.
- 2.
- Slice chicken breast into 6-8 strips width wise.
- 3.
- After washing hands place lettuce in center of tortilla.
- 4.
- Then add tomato, red onion, black olives and parmesan.
- 5.
- Use squirt bottle to apply dressing over ingredients.
- 6.
- Roll up tortilla burrito style.
- Cut in half on 45 degrees angle, put in #500 boat or container with deli paper and serve with pickle spear.
