Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe

• 1 1/2 lb backfin crabmeat cartilage, and shells removed
• 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 x egg
• 1 dsh Tabasco sauce

1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties.
2. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 min per side, till golden.
3. Serve immediately.
4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
5. Serving size: 3 ounces.
