Creamed Peas And Mushrooms Recipe

• 2 Packages (10 ounce. each) frzn green peas
• 2/3 c. water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 10 1/2 ounce. can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 1/2 ounce. jar sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
• 1/8 teaspoon whole thyme (crushed)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Place frzn peas in the salted water.
2. Bring to quick boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
4. Add in mushroom soup, mushrooms, thyme and lemon juice.
5. Blend well.
6. Simmer 3 to 4 min.
7. Serves 7 to 8 people.
