Valentine Sugar Cookies

  1. Cream 1 cup margarine and 2 cups sugar into bowl; add eggs, beating well after each addition.
  2. Stir in cream.
  3. Sift flour with salt and baking powder; add to creamed mixture.
  4. Mix well; stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes.
  6. Roll out very thin on floured surface; cut with cookie cutters.
  7. Place on greased cookie sheet; bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven until brown.
  8. Cool.
  9. Combine remaining sugar, milk and remaining margarine in saucepan; bring to a boil.
  10. Cook until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in water.
  11. Remove from heat; add vanilla and food coloring glaze.
