No-Bake Neapolitan Cheesecake
- Crust
- 6 cups chocolate baking crumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
- Filling 1
- 7 cups milk
- Jell-O Cheesecake Filling Mix
- Filling 2
- 5 cups milk
- 5 cups strawberry puree*
- Jell-O Cheesecake Filling Mix
- Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well.
- Press 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) into bottom of each of 5 greased 9 inch springform pans.
- Bake at 375F for 8 minutes.
- Cool.
- Filling 1 POUR milk into 20 L mixer bowl.
- Add cheesecake mix.
- Blend at low speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape bottom and sides of bowl well.
- Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Quickly pour about 2 1/2 cups (675 mL) into each pan.
- Filling 2 POUR milk and strawberry puree into 20 L (20 quart) mixer bowl.
- Add cheesecake mix.
- Blend at low speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape bottom and sides of bowl well.
- Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Quickly pour about 2 1/2 cups (675 mL) into pan.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with drizzled chocolate before serving, if desired.
