No-Bake Neapolitan Cheesecake

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well.
  2. Press 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) into bottom of each of 5 greased 9 inch springform pans.
  3. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Filling 1 POUR milk into 20 L mixer bowl.
  6. Add cheesecake mix.
  7. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds.
  8. Scrape bottom and sides of bowl well.
  9. Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  10. Quickly pour about 2 1/2 cups (675 mL) into each pan.
  11. Filling 2 POUR milk and strawberry puree into 20 L (20 quart) mixer bowl.
  12. Add cheesecake mix.
  13. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds.
  14. Scrape bottom and sides of bowl well.
  15. Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  16. Quickly pour about 2 1/2 cups (675 mL) into pan.
  17. Chill at least 2 hours.
  18. Garnish with drizzled chocolate before serving, if desired.
