Spicy Sausage, Pepper and Cheese Sandwich

  1. Mix mayo and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Toast cut sides of rolls until golden brown.
  4. For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 of the rolls with 1 Tbsp.
  5. of the mayo mixture; fill with 1 of the sausages, 3 oz.
  6. of the peppers and 2 cheese slices.
  7. Broil 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Serve with 1-1/2 oz.
  10. of the remaining mayo mixture on the side as a dipping sauce.
