Spicy Sausage, Pepper and Cheese Sandwich
- 3 qt. KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 48 each French bread rolls (6 inch), partially split
- 48 each andouille sausage, split, grilled
- 2-1/4 gal. green, yellow and red bell peppers, cut into strips, sauteed
- 96 each fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-oz. slices
- Mix mayo and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Toast cut sides of rolls until golden brown.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 of the rolls with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mayo mixture; fill with 1 of the sausages, 3 oz.
- of the peppers and 2 cheese slices.
- Broil 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese begins to melt.
- Serve with 1-1/2 oz.
- of the remaining mayo mixture on the side as a dipping sauce.
