Tortilla Chip-Crusted Pork Chops
- 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
- 18 teaspoons Cumin
- 18 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 2 whole Pork Chops
- 4 Tablespoons Salsa
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, crushed tortilla chips, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder together in a small bowl.
- Place beaten egg in a second bowl.
- Prepare pork chops by lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Then dip pork chops in egg and coat on both sides.
- Then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture and coat on both sides.
- Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven.
- Top with salsa and serve with a side of garlicky green beans.
