Tortilla Chip-Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, crushed tortilla chips, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder together in a small bowl.
  3. Place beaten egg in a second bowl.
  4. Prepare pork chops by lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Then dip pork chops in egg and coat on both sides.
  6. Then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture and coat on both sides.
  7. Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Top with salsa and serve with a side of garlicky green beans.
  10. Enjoy!
