Easy Chess Pie Recipe
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon meal
- 2 whole Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted or possibly soft
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- Sift the brown sugar and mix with the white sugar, flour and meal.
- Add in unbeaten Large eggs and the lowfat milk.
- Beat till the sugar is almost dissolved.
- Stir in butter.
- Flavor with vinegar and vanilla.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
- Bake at 325 degrees about 25 min.
