Cheddar Shrimp Casserole
- 12 lb macaroni, cooked
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups fresh white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 12 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked
- 12 cup green onion, whole, chopped
- Melt butter in large skillet, saute mushrooms until well browned, stir in curry & onion powder until well blended.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in wine, blend in sour cream & 1 cup of cheese.
- Rinse & drain shrimp.
- Stir shrimp & onions into sauce.
- Toss lightly with pasta.
- Heap into casserole, sprinkle with rest of cheese.
- Bake in 350@ oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
