* Pocahontas Pie *

  1. Combine pumpkin, egg yolk, half and half, 1/3 cup brown sugar, salt and spices in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over surface and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Bring entire mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and add marshmallows; stir until melted.
  6. Chill until slightly thickened.
  7. Fold in egg white, beaten to a meringue, with 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
  8. Put in cooled shell.
  9. Chill in refrigerator several hours.
  10. Just before serving, top with Reddi-Wip.
