Spanish Baked Fish(Serves 4 To 6)

  1. Dampen fish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mace.
  3. Oil a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  4. Arrange onion slices over bottom.
  5. Add pimiento.
  6. Top with fish slices, arranged side by side.
  7. Add green onion.
  8. Add mushrooms over the top.
  9. Add wine.
  10. Brown the crumbs in the butter.
  11. Sprinkle over the top of the fish.
  12. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes in moderate oven, 350u0b0.
  13. Serve with Spanish rice.
