Miso Soup
- 4 cup Dashi
- 1 cup Tofu, diced
- 1 as needed Vegetables, diced
- 1 as needed Miso
- Combine dashi, tofu, and vegetables in a pot and bring to just below simmering.
- I recommend a mixture of dashi 1 and 2 if available.
- When tofu is warm and vegetables are cooked to desired doneness, add miso to taste.
