Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Prepared Alfredo Sauce
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach (defrosted And Drained)
- 1 can (12-14 Oz. Can) Artichokes (Use Marinated For Extra Flavor)
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced Or Grated
- 6 strips Bacon, Fried Crisp And Crumbled
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Parmasean Cheese Blend
- With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and alfredo sauce until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, roughly chopped artichokes, garlic, bacon, and cheeses.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- You can add more cheese or less cheese depending on how thick and gooey you like the dip.
- Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Or do what I do: put the mixture in a small crock pot and set it on medium- high heat for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crusty bread.
