Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and alfredo sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in spinach, roughly chopped artichokes, garlic, bacon, and cheeses.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. You can add more cheese or less cheese depending on how thick and gooey you like the dip.
  5. Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Or do what I do: put the mixture in a small crock pot and set it on medium- high heat for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crusty bread.
