Ellsworth Adams Rollins' Meatloaf
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 16 ounces tomato soup
- 1 cup instant minced onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon oregano flakes
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 12 teaspoon morton lite salt
- 1 celery (optional)
- 4 -5 slices bacon
- Preheat oven at 325 degree.
- Take the celery and cut and dice it.
- Put the diced celery into the medium size bowl.
- Put into the same bowl meat, condensed tomato soup , instant minced onions, eggs,salt, bread crumbs, oregano flakes, and parsley flakes.
- Combine all the ingredient together thoroughly.
- Spray into a 9 x 13 inch oblong pan with no stick, vegetable cooking spray.
- Put the mixture from the bowl into the pan.
- Spread the mixture to cover the whole pan.
- Place the strips of bacon separately on top.
