Tastes Like Eggnog Cake

  1. Prepare cake batter according to package directions, adding nutmeg and ginger to dry ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minute or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool on wire rack.
  5. Frosting:.
  6. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream and confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold in extract.
  8. Spread over cake.
