Indian Jack
- 1 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 medium tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup vinegar
- 12 cup cold water
- At least 3 hours before serving, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve mixture over cooked vegetables such as fried okra or steamed green beans.
- Cook time is chill time.
