Jello Gelatin(I'M Not Squares)
- 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 4 to 6 fresh sliced peaches
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. peach jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water (ice cubes)
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press mixture into bottom

- pan.
- Chill
- 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar, gradually beat in milk. Then fold in Cool
- Whip.
- Spread
- mixture
- evenly
- over
- crumb crust topped with
- peaches.
- Dissolve
- jello in boiling water, combine cold water and ice to
- make
- 1
- 1/4 cups, add to jello and spoon over peaches.
- Chill
- at
- least 3 hours before serving.
