Diet Cabbage Soup and the diet from the 80'

  1. Chop and dice veggies.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large stock pot.
  3. Add water if necessary to bring liquids to almost twice the depth of the veggies in pot.
  4. Bring to boil, stir as needed.
  5. Cook on low-medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry, garlic powder,parsley, or any other seasoning to suit your taste.
