Black Eyed Pea Salad
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Eyed Peas, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed, Drained.
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Shoepeg Corn Drained
- 1-13 cup Mild Salsa
- 1 cup Medium Salsa
- 1 can (about 4 Oz. Can) Chopped Ripe Olives, Drained
- 3/4 cups Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
