Vegemite Chicken Bites

  1. Combine chicken, apples, carrot, zucchini, onion, Vegemite*, ginger and lemon rind; mix well.
  2. Take tablespoonfuls of mixture and roll into balls.
  3. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  5. Cook in a preheated hot oven (200C) for 25 - 30 minutes.
