Easy Layered Taco Pie

  1. Crumble meat into microwaveable colander; place over microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 8 min., stirring every 2 min.
  3. to break up the meat.
  4. Discard fat.
  5. Transfer meat to 9-inch microwaveable pie plate; stir in seasoning mix and water.
  6. Microwave 5 min., stirring after 3 min.
  7. Remove half the meat mixture; cover remaining meat mixture with half the tortillas.
  8. Repeat layers of meat mixture and tortillas; top with salsa and cheese.
  9. Microwave 4 min.
  10. Top with remaining ingredients.
  11. Cut into wedges to serve.
