Orange-Steak Noodle Bowl
- 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt (for Spaghetti Water)
- 6 ounces, weight Sirloin Steak
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade Jelly
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Sliced Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cups Sliced White Onion
- 1/2 cups Snow Peas
- Green Onions, Diced For Garnish
- In a pot of boiling salted water, add spaghetti and cook according to box instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cut sirloin steak into strips and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and orange marmalade.
- Stir well to combine, set aside.
- In a saute pan over medium heat, add butter.
- Once melted, add sliced bell peppers, sliced onions, and saute several minutes until tender.
- Empty mixing bowl ingredients of steak strips and marinade into the saute pan, stir, and saute 23 minutes.
- Add snow peas and cook 3 minutes on medium high heat, stirring while cooking.
- Divided cooked spaghetti between bowls and ladle orange beef and veggies on top (be generous).
- Garnish with diced green onions.
- Enjoy!
