Fire in the hole Double Cheeseburger

• 2 Beef Patties
• 2 slice sliced cheese (any)
• 2 hamburger buns (2 bottoms & 1 top bun)
• 1 Real Mayo
• 1 Ranch Dressing
• 1 BBQ Sauce
• 1 Hot sauce (The Hotter, The Better)
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 large Jalapeno/diced

1. Grill beef patties (coat patties with hot sauce)
2. Saute jalapeno/ onion and set aside
3. After patties are done place onion/jalapeno mix under cheese on each patty
4. Toast buns
5. Bun-patty-Bun-patty-lettuce-sliced tom-Bun
6. Eat and be Fat & Happy
7. Make sure you have a BEER!
8. Give extra bun to dog
