Egg Noodles With Smoked Chicken And Mushrooms

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent (10 minutes). Increase heat to medium-high. Add mushrooms and salt and cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are well browned (7 minutes). Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the flour (1 minute). Add broth, paprika and mustard. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce thickens (3 minutes). Stir in chicken and cook 1 minute.
