Grilled Mangoes With Herbs

  1. Preheat your grill.
  2. Grill mango slices over medium-high heat until just warmed through, begining to show grill marks, about 3 minutes each side.
  3. Turn the mangoes once during cooking and cover with fresh verbena(or herbs of choice), letting the heat from the grill warm the herbs.
  4. Toss the mango slices and herbs together gently.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
