Grilled Mangoes With Herbs
- 3 medium mangoes, peeled, pitted, sliced into 1/2-inch slices (ripe)
- fresh herb (verbana, mint, or another herb of your choice)
- Preheat your grill.
- Grill mango slices over medium-high heat until just warmed through, begining to show grill marks, about 3 minutes each side.
- Turn the mangoes once during cooking and cover with fresh verbena(or herbs of choice), letting the heat from the grill warm the herbs.
- Toss the mango slices and herbs together gently.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
