Choco Flake Bar
- 50 grams Chocolate (your desired type)
- 150 grams Marshmallow
- 50 grams Butter
- 180 grams Corn flakes
- Wrap up a pan with plastic wrap.
- Mince the chocolate and melt on low heat with the butter together in a large pot or frying pan.
- Once it starts to bubble remove it from the heat to prevent burning.
- Mix well.
- Add the marshmallows all at once.
- Continue mixing until there are no lumps left.
- Add the corn flakes, mix once, then stop the heat.
- Continue mixing until uniform.
- Mix from the bottom upwards in a scooping motion.
- Once you finish mixing quickly pour into the pan.
- Use a rubber spatula to make sure there are no holes and it's packed in tightly.
- Wrap and leave out at room temperature until it cools completely.
- Cut into your desired size.
- In Step 7 you can also create rounded balls with a spoon, etc.
- In this case I recommend making them small.
