Carrot-Ginger Beef Wraps

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium-high and spray it with cooking oil.
  2. Add ginger, carrots, red pepper, garlic and salt and saute for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and soy sauce and cook 2-3 more minutes.
  4. Add steak and cook to your preferred level of doneness.
  5. Drain liquid out of the skillet (reserve for another use if desired).
  6. Divide the steak mixture between 6 wraps, spread the filling across the center of each wrap and roll it up.
  7. Enjoy!
