Peach In A Cloud

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into pie plate.
  2. Drain peaches (save juice).
  3. Spread peaches in center of pie plate (keep about 1-inch from edge).
  4. Mix together until smooth 3 tablespoons peach juice with cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Spoon on top until peaches are covered.
  5. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. Let cool before slicing, then refrigerate.
