Potato Pot Pie

  1. Cook mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons dressing over med-high heat.
  2. Add flour and seasonings; gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
  3. Stir in 1 cup dressing, turkey, vegetables and 1 cup cheese; cook 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart cassrole.
  5. Stir 1/2 cup dressing into potatoes.
  6. Top casserole with potato mixture; broil until golden.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; broil until cheese begins to melt.
