Watercress and Swiss Sandwich

• 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 slice wheat bran bread
• 1 slice swiss cheese
• 4 sprigs watercress

1. Blend together may oand mustard.
2. Spread over bread slice.
3. Place cheese on bread.
4. Cut sandwich in half.
5. Arrange 2 sprigs of watercress on top of each piece.
