Liver and Onions with a New Twist

  1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook liver until browned.
  2. Stir in onions, add Ragu spaghetti sauce, 1 cup (225 ml) water and heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 minutes or until liver is tender.
