Peanut Butter-Cinnamon Raisin Cookies
- 1/3 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1-1/4 cups wheat bran flake cereal
- 1/2 cup bran cereal
- 1/2 cup grated apples Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup raisins
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Add to peanut butter mixture; mix well.
- Stir in cereals, then apples, nuts and raisins.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets 5 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
