Chocolate Pate
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 8 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 12 HoneyMaid Graham Wafers, coarsely crushed
- GREASE a 6 cup (1.5L) loaf pan and line with wax paper.
- MELT semi-sweet chocolate over hot water, with 1/4 cup (50mL) butter and melt the white chocolate with remaining butter.
- Cool.
- WHIP eggs until slightly thick.
- Fold into semi-sweet chocolate.
- Fold one-half of the crushed wafers into the semi-sweet mixture and add the other half of the wafers into the white chocolate.
- PLACE by alternating spoonfuls into prepared loaf pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- SERVE in thin slices with fruit.
