Tuna Mornay

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Mix together tuna, rice and celery and place in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix together the garlic, celery salt, chicken seasoning, chives and curry power - set aside.
  4. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
  5. Add flour and cook briefly, stirring.
  6. Gradually add the milk while still stirring -- until mixture thickens.
  7. Add the spice mixture and stir through.
  8. Pour the sauce over the tuna mixture and stir it through.
  9. Sprinkle cheese then paprika on top.
  10. Bake until golden - about 30 minutes.
