Chickpea Avocado Sandwich
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Chickpeas Or Garbanzo Beans (washed And Drained)
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 1 sprig Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
- 2 whole Green Chilies, Chopped
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 8 slices Bread (Use Any Bread You Like, I Used Multigrain Bread)
- In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas and avocado together.
- Add in cilantro, onion, tomatoes, green chilies and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread avacado spread on a slice of bread and dig in.
- Its deliciuos and healthy.
- You could also grill your sandwich you wish.
