Chickpea Avocado Sandwich

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas and avocado together.
  2. Add in cilantro, onion, tomatoes, green chilies and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Spread avacado spread on a slice of bread and dig in.
  5. Its deliciuos and healthy.
  6. You could also grill your sandwich you wish.
