Breakfast Pizza Recipe
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage or possibly ham
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 c. frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Use a round pizza pan or possibly a cookie sheet with rim
- Brown sausage, drain; separate dough.
- Place on ungreased pizza pan.
- Press over bottom and up sides to create a crust.
- Spoon sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with potatoes.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour onto crust.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- 6 to 8 servings.
