Veal Scaloppine With Marsala Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. veal till thin; cut into 2 inch squares.
  3. Dredge with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat oil and butter together in skillet; brown veal on sides.
  5. Place in casserole.
  6. Add in mushrooms, garlic and scallions to skillet; cook till limp.
  7. Add in remaining ingredients to skillet; stir well.
  8. Pour mix over veal; cover.
  9. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min.
  10. Yield: 4 servings.
