Chrysanthemum Greens with Tuna-Mayonnaise Sauce

  1. Slice off any hard parts from the chrysanthemum greens and blanch.
  2. Squeeze to drain, then chop into 3-4cm pieces.
  3. Mix the greens and condiments in a bowl, and it is ready to serve.
  4. A variation with lily roots and shimeji mushrooms made by user "kutti"!
  5. I tried this myself since "kutti" said it's also good with lily roots.
  6. It was sweet and yummy.
  7. A variation with snap peas that's crispy and delicious.
