Miso-Mayonnaise Salad With Cabbage and Moist Chicken Tenders
- 4 leaves Cabbage
- 2 Chicken tenders
- 1 dash Sake
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- Put the chicken tenders in enough water plus sake to cover.
- Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
- As soon as it comes to a boil turn off the heat and leave it there.
- When the cooking liquid has cooled take the tenders out and shred them with your hands.
- Take at the sinew at this point.
- Chop the cabbage up roughly and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Squeeze out any excess moisture.
- You can blanch the cabbage instead!
- Mix together the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, miso, milk, ground sesame seeds, pepper).
- Arrange the cabbage and chicken on a serving plate and pour the sauce on top.
- Serve.
- It's also good if you mix the cabbage, chicken and sauce all together.
