Best-Ever Cheeseburger
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 4 slices onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 corn cobs
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk American Singles, reduced fat
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
- 4 tomato slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups non-fat frozen yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Sugar Free Drink Mix
- PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix meat and 2 Tbsp.
- of the barbecue sauce.
- Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties; set aside.
- Brush onions with 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining barbecue sauce.
- BOIL corn cobs until tender, approximately 20 min.
- GRILL patties and onions 4 min.
- on each side or until burgers are cooked through (160 degrees F) and onions are crisp-tender, brushing burgers with remaining barbecue sauce and topping with the 2% Milk Singles for the last minute of the grilling time.
- Grill buns, cut-sides down, 1 min.

- FILL buns with burgers, onions and tomatoes.
- SERVE each burger with a corn cob on the side.
- COMPLEMENT each meal with 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt topped with 1/4 cup of blueberries.
- SERVE an 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of lemonade with each dinner.
