Best-Ever Cheeseburger

  1. PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat and 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the barbecue sauce.
  4. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties; set aside.
  5. Brush onions with 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the remaining barbecue sauce.
  7. BOIL corn cobs until tender, approximately 20 min.
  8. GRILL patties and onions 4 min.
  9. on each side or until burgers are cooked through (160 degrees F) and onions are crisp-tender, brushing burgers with remaining barbecue sauce and topping with the 2% Milk Singles for the last minute of the grilling time.
  10. Grill buns, cut-sides down, 1 min.
  11. or until lightly toasted.
  12. FILL buns with burgers, onions and tomatoes.
  13. SERVE each burger with a corn cob on the side.
  14. COMPLEMENT each meal with 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt topped with 1/4 cup of blueberries.
  15. SERVE an 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of lemonade with each dinner.
