Grilled Citrus BBQ Pork Chops

  1. Squeeze juice from 1 lime; mix with barbecue sauce.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Cut each of the 4 remaining limes into 4 slices.
  7. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Place 8 lime slices on grill grate; top with chops.
  9. Brush with some of the reserved sauce.
  10. Grill chops 5 min.
  11. ; turn.
  12. Add remaining lime slices to grill.
  13. Cook 8 to 12 min.
  14. or until chops are done (145 degrees F), turning chops and limes occasionally and brushing with the remaining sauce.
  15. Remove chops and limes from grill.
  16. Let stand 3 min.
  17. Discard lime slices from under chops.
  18. Serve chops with remaining grilled lime slices.
